Ambrosia was the second book in Erin Noelle’s Book Boyfriend trilogy. It picked up exactly where book one, Metamorphosis, left off.Unlike the first book, book two was told from all of the main character’s POV and even a secondary character scattered in the mix. And man, this book was definitely different from the first. It was nothing but triangle drama. I was hooked and kept reading, but yea, I wasn’t a fan of the many directions it took us but I also couldn’t put it down in anticipation of what was next. The downside; however, was the numerous editing errors.
Otherwise, as the bridge between book one and book three, Ambrosia served its purpose well with drama overload and setting the stage for the conclusion. Euphoria is up next with the grand finale.

I am without words to describe how much I loved Ambrosia. I didn't think it was possible for me to fall in love with Scarlett, Mason, and Ash more than I already was in Metamorphosis, but Ambrosia did just that! I will not deny that I was and always will be utterly in love with Mason, that has not changed, but this book had me falling just a little for Max...yes, Evie's Max has taken a piece of my heart!
Ambrosia picks up immediately where Metamorphosis left off. It was the perfect way to continue the story. Scarlett is trying to pick up the pieces of her broken heart and find her way back into the world. Mason has effortlessly taken her back into his life, while his band is starting to make it big. Ash also is willing to take her back into his life as well, even though Scarlett is still devastated by how she feels he abandoned her.
With Mason and Ash willing to take her back into their lives, Scarlett has to decide what her heart truly wants. Mina, Noah and Max are also there ready to help Scarlett heal. As Scarlett tries to build herself back up, there are several roadblocks to her happiness.
Like I said, even Max found a place in my heart. He and Scarlett develop a very special friendship that is helping them cope with life without Evie. My heart ached for him as he seemed to be just going through the motions of living.
This book made my heart soar, beat franticly and break into pieces. I can't remember a time when every single character in a book has touched me on so many levels. I read Ambrosia in less than a day. I couldn't put it down once I started it. I don't want to give the story away, just know that I was completely consumed by this book, and my emotions were all over the place. I loved this book so very much.
Another absolutely amazing book from Erin Noelle! Ambrosia far surpassed my expectations on how phenomenal this book would be. Scarlett, Mason, Ash, and Max's story is not over. The third book Euphoria is coming soon, and I am hoping and praying that my heart can take it when I read it. My heart is in pieces right now, but I'm hoping that however the story ends, my heart will be put back together.
You know, I had really thought that I could actually write out this review without being a complete spoil-sport but alas, I can't do it. Can't. Do. It.

Wow, I was completely taken aback with this. I knew at the ending of the last book that I was blown away. I just had no idea how messed up this one was going to be. I'm still shocked! I felt so many things... too many things. Why? How? When? Where? What? I wouldn't even know how to begin to describe everything.
BUT, yeah there's always a but and when there's a but you know its going to be bad. Right? Right! I hated that Noelle felt the need to continue to torture one of the characters. Just kept taking it out on the poor guy. WHY? He isn't a bad guy or anything and I said it before and I'll say it again- What did he do to deserve such misery? That poor Bastard! I really do LOVE this character and no matter what he does or says its never the right thing! This really infuriates me that he can't get a saving face moment to save his life. What the heck is up with that?
The female lead just straight up made me want to slap her, anything within slapping distance. (I literally wanted to slap my .) She did this last time too. And while a lot of the stuff was her fault completely, I'll bash the others too. Communication is key to any and EVERY relationship. Geez, this is me being communicative and asking the Author to give my guy a freaking break! Enough. We get it. You want him to live in hellO to get to the bigger picture but dang, don't gotta do it all out like that.
I'm giving it the 5 stars because it is awesome reading and the plot, overall story is interesting and kept me on my toes. But I was on the fence because its like being sadistic. SOME of the characters are lovable and I love to HATE others. But that is what a good read is all about right? Making you "feel" something even if it is something you don't want to feel.
Oh yeah, the grammar in this book sucks. Just a friendly warning if your one of "those" people.
